The holidays and thereafter have been a very busy and very stressful time. But even though it's storming out right now things are looking up and my creative mojo is returning!
I made a card the other day after challenging myself to create something brand new, not a "CASE" from somewhere else. (Copy And Share Everything) It was incredibly well received by fellow SU demonstrators so I thought i'd share it with you!
This uses the Florentine Filigree bundle in the Occasions catalogue. I used the copper metallic paper, Night of Navy paper and ink as well as Basic Black and Whisper White. I also used the stitched circles dies to create the sentiment and if you look really closely you can see the copper thread between the two layers.
Copying other cards is a great way to get stamping.. but don't stop there! Challenge yourself to create something that's completely your own. You may surprise yourself!!
